主要職責
- ?與項目經(jīng)理一同參加客戶的項目簡報會
- ?負責與客戶交流項目執(zhí)行,參與客戶的項目描述
- ?獨立準備小項目的項目計劃書/項目報價,在研究方針的指導下協(xié)助完成大項目的計劃書
- ?獨立設(shè)計內(nèi)部計劃書, 甑別問卷, 訪問大綱和報告格式設(shè)計準備
- ?全權(quán)負責項目的內(nèi)部培訓、項目實施控制
- ?獨立或協(xié)助訪問執(zhí)行, 項目運作現(xiàn)場的輔助工作
- ?整理訪問筆錄
- ?獨立撰寫結(jié)果小結(jié)和主要發(fā)現(xiàn)
- ?在研究經(jīng)理/研究總監(jiān)的指導下協(xié)助完成結(jié)論部分
- ?協(xié)助報告/提案的整理工作
任職資格與要求
- ?開朗,積極,有創(chuàng)造力并且堅韌
- ?可以接受加班,能夠承受壓力
- ?細心和耐心
- ?大學本科以上
- ?1-2年的市場研究經(jīng)驗
- ?社會學、心理學、市場營銷、傳播學等專業(yè)
- ?對于市場研究和研究方法有所了解或?qū)嵺`
- ?優(yōu)秀的人際交流和溝通能力
- ?熟練的計算機技能, 尤其是liliT
- ?良好的時間管理能力、項目管理能力和解決問題的能力
Position:Research Executive/Senior Executive
Responsibility:
- ?Translate questionnaires from English to Chinese or vice versa accurately.
- ?Handle the liroject data checking
- ?Assist to extract data and figures from comliuter tabulations to lirovide useful and meaningful data for further analysis by senior members of the team.
- ?Assist to design questionnaires, lireliare training materials by alililying knowledge and techniques in writing basic questions.
- ?Assist senior members on ad hoc lirojects as assigned.
